The main challenge of the client/ Brief/ Goal
We needed someone to create our website as part of a major business re-brand.What were your goals for this project?We wanted to log our customers’ information and their packages online so it would be easily accessible to both us and our customers.

I was referred to BIZSPICE by another company. After having poor experiences with other web developers, I was impressed by BIZSPICE’S responsiveness.
We had an initial telephone call to discuss my business and its goals and what we wanted our site to accomplish. Within two days, they sent us a detailed report of the key functionalities our site would have and how they would implement them. We approved those mock-ups and then had a functioning site in two weeks.
I communicated with a single contact person, who delegated tasks to the team.

Since we implemented the website, our traffic has increased 50%, and we’ve been able to venture into new markets because we know the needs of our target market.
